CEO
Scott England, CEO of Premier Capital Investments, brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, along with a lifelong foundation in business, leadership, and relationship-building.
An Iowa native, Scott developed a strong work ethic early on while working alongside his father during high school. Those years shaped his understanding of business fundamentals, the importance of discipline, and the value of building lasting relationships. At the same time, his competitive background in sports helped instill the drive and focus that still guide him today.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance. Early in his career, he worked closely with banks and their marketing departments, developing strategic solutions and sharpening his problem-solving skills—experience that continues to influence how he approaches every deal and client relationship.
Known for his “heart of a teacher,” Scott has a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Whether working with investors, contractors, or new entrepreneurs, he focuses on educating, guiding, and creating opportunities that help people grow and build long-term wealth.
Outside of business, Scott is a dedicated family man, married since 1993, with two successful children and growing families of their own. He is also deeply committed to his faith, actively involved in his local church, leadership roles, and men’s ministry.
When he’s not working, Scott enjoys spending time with family, boating, camping, and traveling.
